Do you have a permanent location?
Yes, the home base for our hIM Collection is located at 176/1 Sukhumvit Soi 8, Klongtoey, Bangkok 10110, Thailand.
You say you also have a Canadian location. Where can I buy hIM Collection there?
We fly to Calgary, Alberta, Canada 3 times each year. We set up Private Measures at our location at 6016 – 3rd Street S.W. Once you’re measured, you are always a part of our hIM Collection. Fabric samples will always be on hand so that you can have garments made at your convenience. Our next measure will be October 5th-7th. Please contact us to book an appointment.
What sets the hIM Collection apart?
Highly customized selection of details that give your made-to-fit garments an added touch. We have several different buttons, clothing accents, fabrics, belts, and a wide selection of accessories to complete your look. We’re one of very few places that provide a one-stop-shopping experience.
What is the turn around time to have garments made in Bangkok?
We will have your tailor made clothing finished in 2-4 days depending on your travel schedule.
What is the turn around time to have garments made in Canada?
We will have your tailor made clothing finished in 6-8 weeks after measurements are taken and fabrics/styles have been selected.
If I measure in Canada, do I have to pay for shipping?
No. Everything is included in our prices. You can either pick your garments up at our location, or we’ll deliver them at your convenience.
What if I measure in Canada, and my garments need adjustment?
We will solve the problem immediately at no cost to you. If it is a minor adjustment, we will have it resolved locally. If a garment needs to be re-made, it will be re-done in Bangkok, and express shipped to you.

If I bring in a shirt, pair of jeans, or pants that fit perfectly, are you able to replicated the design?
Yes, we are able to do that. While we can’t always do an exact fabric match, we can most definitely guarantee that the measurements will be replicated.

We have belts, ties, cufflinks, suspenders, and will soon have additional products.

Once you’ve been measured or sized (shoes/belts), we are more than happy to ship to your home.
Can I order from overseas?
After you have visited our store or attended an event and have been measured, you can order garments or accessories at any time.
